Paul Trulik has had a successful career in many finance and executive leadership positions in the for-profit and nonprofit sector. In 2001, he became the CFO of Detroit Renaissance where he led not only the administrative functions but also key programmatic areas for the non-profit organization. Having a passion for both community impact and entrepreneurship, in 2010, Paul launched Apparatus Solutions to provide accounting, finance and talent development services exclusively for impact organizations. As the founder and visionary of Apparatus, Paul and his team have used their extensive experience to provide numerous long-term and strategic projects for well over 100 nonprofit organizations.
In efforts to extend the reach of their positive impact for nonprofits, in May of 2022, Paul completed a successful sale of Apparatus Solutions to Quatrro BSS (now ContinuServe), a national leader in Accounting, HR and Technology services. Paul continued on with the joint organization in a key leadership role and today serves as the Sr. Vice President – NFP Market Leader.
Paul continues to remain active in the non-profit community, even outside his professional life, with both large and small organizations. He serves as the Treasurer of Invest Detroit, Assistant Treasurer of M-1 Rail, and board member of both the Walsh College Foundation and Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Paul also serves on a number of audit, finance and advisory committees.
