As a co-founder of the original ContinuServe company, Nate brings over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing and managed services industry, with a focus on finance and accounting business processes and systems. He is a recognized expert in building and leading technology-enabled service companies, and has a long track record of helping Fortune 2000 organizations develop and implement back-office service improvement, automation, and cost reduction strategies.
Nate is passionate about creating tailored technology and business process outsourcing solutions for private equity-backed, mid-market enterprises. As a leader, Nate has built and promoted a culture that drives accountability, growth, and professional development for employees which, in turn, creates an unwavering commitment to client service.
Prior to starting ContinuServe, Nate was a founding member of Surebridge, and prior to that worked in both finance and IT. He holds a BA in Economics from Haverford College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
