Murali joined ContinuServe in 2003 as one of the core members responsible for establishing the company’s India operations. Over his tenure, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Engagement Manager and Head of India Operations, where he played a critical role in scaling the business and delivering technology-enabled outsourcing solutions to Fortune 2000 organizations. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in February 2025.
With over 27+ years of experience in enterprise applications, consulting, and business development, Murali has a proven track record of building and managing high- performing teams, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. His expertise spans product development, ERP implementations, back-office process optimization, and technology consulting, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that align with client business goals. Murali’s hands-on approach and strategic vision have consistently driven innovation, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Prior to ContinuServe, Murali held key roles at Microsoft Corporation and Exeter Group where he advised CXOs on aligning technology solutions with business objectives, leading ERP implementations and building products in the higher education and financial verticals.
