Michael Kucza serves as Chief Financial Officer of ContinuServe, bringing more than 25 years of executive finance leadership experience across private equity-backed, public, privately held, and family-owned businesses. Throughout his career, he has partnered with CEOs, boards, and investors to drive operational excellence, execute strategic acquisitions, and create long-term enterprise value.
Prior to joining ContinuServe, Michael served as CFO for several technology-enabled and outsourced services organizations, including Prestige PEO, Turnberry Solutions, Cisive, and Broadridge Financial Services. He has successfully led finance organizations through periods of growth, transformation, acquisitions, integrations, and successful exits across multiple industries.
Michael holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School, a BS in Accountancy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
