Kars Stal brings nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations transform financial processes and systems. Before joining ContinuServe, he served as Principal and Practice Lead for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and Managed Services at The Hackett Group, where he led global teams and drove innovation for Fortune 1000 clients.
Kars is recognized for his ability to simplify complex challenges, build collaborative teams, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and transparency. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics & Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tilburg University.
Born and raised in the Netherlands, Kars came to the US in 2012 and is fluent in Dutch and English (and conversational in German). Kars combines a global perspective with a passion for creating scalable solutions that make a real impact for clients and teams.
