David joined the company over 20 years ago and leads the global HR department responsible for the strategy and integration of all HR related activities across the organization. With over 30 years of expansive experience, he is actively involved in positioning the human resources department as a strategic and creative business partner for the entire organization so as to enhance the overall performance of the company.
Prior to joining ContinuServe, David worked as the Sales and Human Resources Manager at national recruitment firms, namely, Dunhill Systems and Aerotek. A people champion, he endeavors to move the business forward with a holistic and comprehensive approach.
