Senior Engineer – Zscaler

Purpose of the Job:

Design and implement Zscaler solutions to meet the organization’s security and networking requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and optimize Zscaler policies, rules, and settings to enhance security and performance.
2. Collaborate with network, security, and IT teams to integrate Zscaler solutions into existing infrastructure.
3. Monitor and analyze Zscaler logs, alerts, and reports to identify and mitigate security threats.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zscaler-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features, capabilities, and best practices to improve our Zscaler deployment continuously.
6. Conduct periodic assessments and audits of the Zscaler environment to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on Zscaler technologies, providing guidance and training to junior team members.
