Desktop Support Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

Provide day to day support of client desktop, laptops, printers, networks, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support our clients’ IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s).
  2. Work with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
  3. Work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, on-premise or remote.
  5. Positively and professionally represent the face of the company with our clients.
  6. Other duties as required.
