Purpose of the Job:
Drive strategic leadership of the Non-Profit practice through financial governance, controllership, operational excellence, and scalable business growth
Qualification:
Years of experience- 12–18 Years (Non-CA); 8–12 years (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert-level experience in Non-Profit accounting and grant governance (Preferred)
- Strong controllership mindset with ownership of financial reporting accuracy and integrity
- Deep expertise in grant compliance, 2 CFR 200, and complex revenue recognition scenarios
- Ownership of financial reporting, governance, and policy consistency across engagements
- Strong experience in audit strategy, regulatory oversight, and risk management
- Experience driving process standardization, scalability, and practice-level improvements
- Strong exposure to client advisory and high-level financial discussions (CFOs, Controllers, Committees)
- Leadership experience in practice development, delivery operations, and team management
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Preferences (AVP):
- CA/CPA strongly preferred
- Prior controllership or leadership role in the Non-Profit domain
- Experience managing large, complex engagements and multiple stakeholders
